I had everything already in my cupboard to make these vegan no-bake brownies from @elavegan and they are soooo good! They're chewy and fudgey and surprisingly healthy since they're made with flaxseed and dates (I used @jooliesdates, grown in Palm Springs!), though I had to add sprinkles, obviously. I'm no vegan baker but it was fun to step outside my comfort zone a bit. 🍫
