Remember that time in 2020 when everyone and their mother was sipping on some dalgona coffee (aka whipped coffee) while baking some homemade banana bread with Tiger King on in the background?! Yea us too so we're bringing back the whipped coffee with a twist😉
Bring the coffee shop right to your kitchen with this Date-Sweetened Whipped Coffee that is bound to be your new go to morning or afternoon pick-me-up drink☕ Instead of using granulated sugar, we are using our dreamy medjool date syrup 😍 which not only gives you the perfect touch of sweetness, but amazing health benefits as well! Including potassium, magnesium, antioxidants and more!

What all goes into this deliciously easy drink? Here is all the ingredients you need: 
    1. Joolies Date Syrup 
      • The only natural sweetener needed. Plus you still maintain all the nutrient and health benefits of a medjool date in the syrup form.
    2. Instant Coffee
      • What's whipped coffee without the coffee?! You must use instant coffee, coffee ground or espresso will not work. 
    3. Dairy-Free Milk
      • We went with a yummy oat milk for this one, but use whatever floats your boat! Some of our favorites are Oatly, Malibu Mylk,

Date-Sweetened Whipped Coffee

Vegan, Paleo, Refined sugar-free

  • prep time: 2-3 minutes
  • cook time: 5 minutes
  • total time:7-8 minutes
Servings: 1
  • 1.5 tbsp Joolies date syrup 
  • 1 packet of instant coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp hot water
  • 1.5 cup dairy-free milk
  • handful of ice
  1. In a medium sized bowl, add date syrup, instant coffee, and hot water. Slowly stir together.

  2. Next, use a hand mixer on high to whip the coffee until soft peaks form and it reaches a fluffy consistency. 

  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the milk in. Then, spoon the whipped coffee on top, stir, and enjoy!
