Ingredients you'll need:

    1. Joolies Organic Medjool Dates
      • You can't stuff a date without a date! Whether you're team pitted or whole, both work equally as delicious and still give you all the amazing benefits of dates
    2. Yes! Apples SweeTango® apple
      • Bright, nutty, and creamy, with caramel undertones and hints of rose, the SweeTango apple is the perfect pick for our stuffed dates!
    3. Gluten Free Oats
      • Adding oats into our streusel topping creates a crispier and chewier topping than a traditional, flour-only streusel. We recommend using old-fashioned oats to get the best crisp! Some of our favorite gluten-free oat brands are Thrive Market and Bob's Red Mill.
    4. All Purpose Flour or 1:1 Gluten Free Flour
      • The flour provides structure and helps bind everything together to create that delicious crumbly texture. If you are gluten free, we recommend the Bob's Red Mill combo flour or King Arthur.
    5. Maple Syrup
      • To keep it refined sugar free, we went with a maple syrup to add a touches of sweetness to our filling, streusel topping, and whipped cream.
    6. Unsalted Butter
      • This binds our dry ingredients together in our streusel topping and helps create a crispy, golden topping when baked! If you are dairy-free, you can swap for a plant-based butter or use coconut oil.
    7. Heavy Cream
      • The crucial base to our homemade whipped cream. Heavy cream has the perfect fat content to trap air bubbles when whipped, creating that fluffy, cloud-like texture we love!
    8. Cinnamon
      • The ultimate cozy spice! It brings warmth and that unmistakable apple pie aroma that makes your home smell heavenly.
    9. Almonds
      • These add a delicious crunch factor and adds a subtle nutty flavor. They also supports a healthy gut, Omega-3 levels, and help control blood sugar levels thanks to its slow-digesting properties 👏
