These Chocolate Caramel Dipped Pretzels have a sweet date caramel filling with a crisp crunch from the pretzels. All you need are 4 simple ingredients and less than 10 minutes to whip up this sweet treat. 
 
The rich date caramel filling is made with no refined sugar and gets it's delicious caramel flavor and smooth texture from Joolies medjool dates 😍Plus you get all the nutritional benefits from dates like fiber, potassium, Vitamin B, etc in a delicious vegan and gluten-free dessert form!

Ingredients you'll need:

    1. Medjool Date Caramel
      • This 3 ingredient vegan caramel adds sweetness and creates the beautiful caramel swirls in the ice cream! All you need is 15 minutes to make it. Click here for the recipe. 
      • These delicious gluten-free pretzels are made from sorghum, which is one of the most sustainable crops because it requires so little water! Plus, it's full of antioxidants and vitamins + minerals! 
    2. Dark Chocolate
    3. Flakey Sea Salt
      • This little addition takes things up a notch. Totally optional, but highly recommended😎

Chocolate Caramel Dipped Pretzels

INGREDIENTS:
 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. Take one pretzel twist, spread about 1/2-1 tbsp of date caramel dip and press another pretzel on top to make a "sandwich."
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl then, dip half of each caramel pretzel in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle flakey sea salt on top and pop in the freezer to harden. 

Store in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
